Alternate path when Prove-assisted verification does not complete

If the consumer does not complete Instant Link or SMS OTP within the Prove-assisted Verify your mobile step, the Prove flow for that step ends. Any subsequent verification is outside this document and is defined by the enterprise’s program, UX, and agreement with Prove (including any required non-Prove or manual verification).
